Built By A Team That Respects The Family Behind Every File

A technology company of more than 55 people that builds agents for the paperwork around estate plans, trusts and probate files.

How We Came To Trust Work

Take The Clerical Load Off People Who Counsel Families

PRESWERX is a team of more than 55 people in Boca Raton, Florida, doing the proposal, presentation and business development work we do for architecture, engineering and construction firms. Our agents cover the paper trail of a trusts and estates practice: the questionnaire a family fills in, the schedule of assets behind a trust, the list of tasks a successor trustee inherits. Each one is meant to hand a tidier file to the person who has to read it.

We are a technology company, not a law firm, and nothing an agent produces is legal advice. Choices about what a plan says, who signs what and when a step is finished stay with your attorneys. Our part is the assembling, the matching, the reminding and the paper that is ready when someone asks for it.

How A Rollout Begins

Your Trust Paralegals Walk Us Through A File First

Before anything is built, your paralegals and trust administrators take us through one file from intake to the signed originals. We note where people retype the same names, and ask which checks live only in someone's memory. Only then do we sketch an agent for that stretch of the file, one practice team first and the wider group after that.

  • Engineers who work through your own checklists and forms alongside your paralegals
  • Agents that run inside the systems and folders your firm already uses
  • A named attorney or paralegal who reviews each output before it moves on
  • A handover you can read, with our contact details on the last page

Which stretch of an estate file should we look at with you?

Name the stretch of an estate file that costs your people the most evenings, and a short call can settle whether an agent suits it.
