Bespoke Agents For Estate Planning Practices

One-of-a-kind agents for the chores your trusts and estates group does in its own way, designed with your attorneys, paralegals and records team around your own documents.

Fitted To Your Own Drafting Habits

Built Around Your Forms, Your Folders And Your Review Habits

Every trusts and estates group accumulates habits that no vendor ever saw: the order in which a paralegal opens a new file, the note an attorney scribbles on the intake sheet, the folder tree that only makes sense to the person who built it. A packaged product asks you to change those habits. A bespoke build starts from them instead.

We begin by listening to the people who do the work. Which template does the attorney reach for first, where does a draft wait for sign-off, who chases the missing page? Your paralegals and trust administrators walk us through it, and our engineers then build one agent, or a set of them, that follows the same path through your own forms and folders and stops at the same review points you already trust. Your people stay the authors of the work, and the agent is a careful assistant that never tires of the dull parts.

The agent drafts, assembles, checks and reminds. It does not advise a client, decide what a plan should say, or release anything on its own. Each output lands in front of an attorney or a supervised paralegal, who accepts, edits or discards it, exactly as they would with a junior colleague's first pass. Our job is to make that review quick and the trail behind it easy to read.

What The Build Delivers

A Design Document, A Working Agent And A Binder Your Staff Can Read

From Interview To Handover

We Learn Your Routine Before We Build Anything

1

Interview and observe

Your attorneys, paralegals and trust administrators take us through a file from first call to closing letter. Nothing is installed yet, and no client file has to leave your hands. We write down the routine as it is practiced, including the workarounds, and ask the responsible partner which steps must always stay with a person.

2

Prototype and trial

Engineers build the agent against copies of your templates and fictional matters. Your paralegals run it beside their normal work, mark what it got wrong, and we adjust until its drafts need only the edits you would expect. Every disagreement between agent and paralegal becomes a note in the design.

3

Hand over and tune

Once your attorneys sign off, the agent moves to live use inside your own systems and access controls. We train the staff who will own it, leave the documentation behind and remain reachable when a form or a process changes.

Chores Only Your Group Does

Routines No Packaged Tool Was Built For

Matching Letters To House Style

A senior partner wants every client letter to open the way she always has. The agent learns that voice from approved examples, drafts to it, and flags any letter where a paragraph was left blank for the attorney.

A Folder Tree Only One Person Understands

A records manager has filed by her own scheme for years. We build an agent that sorts incoming scans into that exact structure and lists anything it was unsure about for her to place by hand. Her scheme survives intact, and a new hire finally finds files without asking.

Handing Work Between Two Paralegals

When one paralegal covers for another, notes live in emails and sticky pads. A compact agent compiles a status sheet for each open file so the covering person starts from something written. The sheet also notes who is waiting on whom, which saves a round of questions.

An Odd Form From A Local Institution

Some banks and registries want a particular form completed in a particular way. The agent pre-fills it from the matter file, and the paralegal checks every field before it goes anywhere. The attorney keeps the final say on whether the form is sent.

Questions Before We Touch Your Templates

What makes a bespoke build different from one of your standard agents?

A standard agent covers a recurring task such as intake questionnaires or signing preparation. A bespoke build is for work that is particular to your firm, which means the design begins with your forms and routine rather than ours. Plenty of firms start with a standard agent and commission a bespoke one later for the leftovers.

Do we need to hand over client files for the mapping interview?

No. We work from blank templates, sample forms with invented names, and what your staff tell us. Real matter files stay inside your firm. If the prototype later needs realistic inputs for testing, you supply fictional ones.

Who sets the limits on what the agent may do?

Your managing attorney does, in writing, before we build. The design document lists each action as draft, assemble, check, route or remind, and anything outside that list is left to your people. Changing the list later is a conversation, not a software update we push on you.

Will the agent make legal judgments about a plan?

It has no role in choosing provisions, advising a family or interpreting a statute. Attorneys draft and decide. The agent handles the clerical edges of that work and leaves a visible trail so a reviewer can see what it touched.

Can you say in advance how large a build will be?

That turns on how many separate systems the agent must read and how consistent your templates are. We scope it after the mapping interview, once we have seen the actual material, and we do not quote a figure beforehand because it would be a guess.

What if our drafting system or forms change after the agent is live?

Expect them to. The handover binder shows which settings reference your templates, so a staff member can update most of them. For larger changes we adjust the agent with you, and the supervised trial is repeated on the changed portion.

Where does the agent run, and who can see our data?

It is hosted in your own environment and governed by the access rules and confidentiality habits already in place. PRESWERX signs whichever confidentiality agreement your firm asks for, and we keep our own access to a minimum, with every login recorded.

Which part of your practice still runs on sticky notes?

Describe the odd routine only your practice group follows, and we will tell you whether it makes a good build.
